Ingredients:
  • Light brown sugar
  • Butter
  • Toasted Pecans
  • Fresh Cream
  • Ice Cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cinnamon
  • Crepes

 

 
Preparation:
  1. Slowly heat the light brown sugar and butter until the sugar is completely dissolved. I do it either in a pan or in the microwave. Takes a bit of playing with but you'll get it with practice. The key is in making sure the butter and brown sugar combine completely.
  2. Add the toasted pecans and fresh cream. Continue heating until reduced.  Serve over ice cream wrapped in crepes top with whipped cream, whipped with a dash of cinnamon.
