Ingredients:
  • Béchamel Sauce (butter, flour, milk, chives)
  • Mushroom liquid - a few mushrooms boil in water
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Fresh chopped parsley

 

 
Preparation:
  1. Add a small amount of mushroom liquid to béchamel sauce.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms. Add fresh chopped parsley.
  3. Fill crepes.
